Bruins-Utah Hockey Club Projected Lines: Boston Makes Inaugural Visit

Boston will look to spark a winning streak in Salt Lake City

The Boston Bruins will play visitors to the Utah Hockey Club for the first time in NHL history at Salt Lake City’s Delta Center on Saturday night.

Hours before puck drop, without divulging any specific details, Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery noted that he intended to “make a couple switches up front.” During Friday’s practice, forward Justin Brazeau skated alongside Brad Marchand and Charlie McAvoy on the right wing after beginning the road trip as a healthy scratch once Boston arrived at the rocky mountains and squared off against the Colorado Avalance.

Brazeau, in four games played so far, has tallied one assist for the Bruins.

Boston will roll with Jeremy Swayman in front of the net, opposite to Utah’s Connor Ingram. Swayman has gone 2-1-0 in three starts this season with a 2.98 goals against average and a .893 save percentage. The 25-year-old takes over for fellow Boston goaltender Joonas Korpisalo, who during Wednesday night’s 5-3 win in Colorado, recorded 22 saves off 25 shots in 60 minutes.

Utah, currently sitting third in the central division, will look to avoid a third consecutive defeat after allowing eight goals in its last two games played.

Boston, meanwhile, will seek its second straight win and you can catch the game, plus a full hour of pregame coverage, live on NESN.

Here are the projected lines for both Boston and Utah:
