Kay Adams Flusters Rob Gronkowski With Jaw-Dropping Prank On Live TV

This actor has Gronk's laugh on point

What seemed like a normal Wednesday for Rob Gronkowski quickly turned into a hilarious moment on “Up & Adams.”

Actor Laith Wallschleger went viral for his depiction of Gronkowski in “American Sports Story,” a docuseries about former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. Gronkowski revealed Wallschleger was a friend of his and is his “stunt actor.”

That revelation led Kay Adams and her producers to pull a prank on Gronkowski on this week’s “Up & Adams.” After Adams introduced Gronkowski, Wallschleger showed up on screen instead and showed off his incredible impression of Gronk’s laugh.

The four-time Super Bowl champion couldn’t believe it and admitted his jaw dropped when he saw his friend on the show. Adams and Wallschleger were hysterical seeing Gronkowski’s reaction.

NFL fans will see more of Wallschleger next month when he stars in “Christmas in the Spotlight,” a movie inspired by Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship. Wallschleger plays the character inspired by the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, and fans can’t wait to see what’s in store in the romantic comedy.
