PWHL, Fleet Establish Fresh Identities Unveiling New Uniforms

The season starts Nov. 30

The Boston Fleet officially have their new look for their second PWHL season.

On Thursday, the PWHL unveiled new uniforms for its six franchises. Captain Hilary Knight, forward Alina Müller, 2024 first-round pick Daniela Pejšová and goalie Aerin Frankel were part of a photoshoot sporting the new sweaters.

“The new Fleet logo is the heart and soul of our new jerseys,” Müller said in a press release. “It truly represents the city of Boston with its history on the water. The details with the stripes and waves on the logo and on the numbers are very smooth. I cannot wait to see our growing fan base repping all the merch as we continue to build an identity together.”

Fans got to see the new Bauer jerseys that feature a deep green base, complemented by oceanic blue accents on the shoulders, sleeve stripes and waist. The alternating bands of color that form a wave-like pattern evoke a strong connection to the sea. The numbers on Boston’s jersey carry a unique wave motif inspired by the crest, further reinforcing its maritime heritage.

“Our Boston Fleet jerseys are so much more than just a uniform,” Fleet head coach Courtney Kessel said in a press release. “These represent our commitment to excellence and the pride we take in playing for Boston. Every time we step onto the ice wearing these, we’re not just representing ourselves — we’re honoring our fans, our history, and our future.”

The Fleet will wear their new home and road uniforms when the season begins Nov. 30. Boston begins the season against Toronto Sceptres at Coca-Cola Coliseum. It then will host the Minnesota Frost for their home opener at Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell on Dec. 4. However, before that, The Fleet will start training camp next Tuesday and will travel to Montréal for minicamps that include two preseason games.
