Winner heads to the AFC Championship Game

The Houston Texans visit the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2024 AFC Divisional round on Saturday afternoon.

Kansas City, the No. 1 seed and the AFC West champion, outlasted Houston, the No. 4 seed and the AFC South champion, in a 27-19 final at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Week 16.

The Chiefs and Texans last met in the playoffs in the 2019 AFC Divisional round when Kansas City swiftly erased a 24-0 first-half deficit on the way to the franchise’s first championship in Super Bowl LIV.

Quarterback C.J. Stroud hopes to deliver the Texans to the first AFC Championship Game in franchise history while Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs seek a seventh consecutive trip to the title game.
