The additions of Garrett Crochet, Walker Buehler and Alex Bregman played for plenty of expectations to pair with in-house stars such as Rafael Devers and Jarren Duran. That didn’t even include the incoming prospect impact from encouraging talents in Kristian Campbell, Marcelo Mayer and Roman Anthony.

Now, the Red Sox have a roster on the verge of their first trip to the postseason since 2021 if the team meets expectations.
