Tom Brady Reflects On What Patriots Could’ve Been With This Wideout

Antonio Brown played just one game for New England

The 2019 New England Patriots struggled offensively down the stretch, but that wasn’t always the case.

The Patriots entered the season with a receiving core of Julian Edelman, Josh Gordon, Demaryius Thomas and Antonio Brown. That group never stayed put for enough time to dominate the lead. Thomas did not make it to the regular season, Gordon left the team again and Brown lasted just one game before his path to suspension that kept him out of the NFL until the following season.

Brady reflected on Brown’s tenure and their relationship when he joined Logan Paul’s podcast this week.

NESN’s George Balekji and Kasey Hudson broke down what that Patriots team could’ve looked like had the Brown saga worked out in New England.
