Patriots Win AFC Championship, Clinch Spot In Super Bowl LX

The Patriots are headed to Santa Clara, California!

The New England Patriots are headed to Super Bowl LX.

New England clinched its spot with an ugly 10-7 victory over the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship.

Leonard Taylor III, who was elevated from the practice squad for the game, blocked a game-tying field goal attempt late in the fourth quarter. Christian Gonzalez then put things on ice with his first interception of the season.

Drake Maye was rather unremarkable, but made plays when he needed to and finished 10-for-21 with 86 passing yards and 67 rushing yards — as well as the game’s only touchdown. Christian Barmore and Milton Williams led the way defensively, with that unit finishing the game with seven quarterback hits and three sacks.
