Cardi B Hurts Stefon Diggs’ Legal Case In Since-Deleted Post

Cardi B shared that she contacted the alleged victim directly

New England Patriots star wide receiver Stefon Diggs is currently involved in a poorly timed legal battle with his ex-personal chef.

His former employee filed charges for an alleged physical assault that took place in December 2025.

Diggs denied all allegations and received good news earlier this week when a judge agreed to push back the receiver’s January arraignment date to Feb. 13, five days after the Super Bowl.

However, the latest development could throw a wrench in the Diggs’ case.

Diggs’ high-profile partner, rapper Cardi B, took to X and shared a private conversation she had with the plaintiff in the case. She shared the screenshot of the message accompanied by this caption.

“Not once has that woman said anything to me about being touched.. NOT ONCE!!” Cardi B wrote. “Mind you, we was talking every single day until she left that house and she JUST wrote me this.

“But I’m gonna let the courts handle this **** and when it gets handled I want all yall talking **** on your ****** knees with apologies just as loud as the way yall been harassing over a lie.. and I put that on my two-month-old son in the name of the Lord!! That’s how confident I am.”

The plaintiff responded to Cardi B’s text message saying that she is not allowed to communicate with the rapper and directed Diggs’ partner in the direction of her mediator.

This post represents a multitude of problems for Diggs.

Should the very public post be deemed as an attempt to intimidate the plaintiff, Cardi B herself could be investigated for witness tampering.

Regardless, direct communication with an alleged victim is typically an ill-advised decision.

The rapper promptly deleted the post she shared to her 37 million followers.
