Maye is trending in the right direction
New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye should be good to go for Super Bowl LX.
Maye, who suffered a shoulder injury during his club’s victory over the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship, was listed as a limited participant on multiple injury reports last week but all signs point to him being ready for the big game.
Maye provided a positive update himself during Super Bowl Opening Night on Monday, while quarterbacks coach Ashton Grant said he “has no concerns” regarding the injury impacting the Super Bowl, as shared by the Boston Herald’s Andrew Callahan.
Good news!
Mike Vrabel got in on the fun with positive updates, sharing that his sophomore signal-caller “had a good day” throwing the football and responded well ahead of the off-day on Tuesday.
The Patriots are certainly thrilled with that news as they begin to prepare for the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday — with kickoff for the big game at Levi’s Stadium scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.
