Date: Monday, Feb. 2
Time: 8 p.m. ET
Location: San Jose Convention Center
Super Bowl Opening Night will be held at the San Jose Convention Center on Monday, with both big game participants making their only public appearance before the taking the field on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium.
It’s literally just media day with a stupid name.
The Patriots will be featured as soon as the event opens up at 8 p.m. ET, with head coach Mike Vrabel, quarterback Drake Maye, tight end Hunter Henry, running backs Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson, wide receiver Stefon Diggs, linebackers Harold Landry and Robert Spillane, defensive lineman Milton Williams, and cornerbacks Christian Gonzalez and Marcus Jones all being placed on podiums around the convention center. New England’s remaining players and coaches will be dispersed around the floor.
The Seahawks will undergo the same poking and prodding, though they’re scheduled to undergo media availability at 10 p.m. ET with podiums including the likes of head coach Mike Macdonald, quarterback Sam Darnold and wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
New England and Seattle will make a joint appearance at roughly 9:15 p.m. ET.
