NFL Injury Report: Tracking Week 5 Fantasy Football Injuries For Notable Stars

Tom Brady makes his much-anticipated return Sunday when the New England Patriots visit the Cleveland Browns.

The veteran quarterback missed the first four games of the season because of his Deflategate suspension, and people are expecting him to return with a vengeance and dominate all competition.

That would be good for fantasy football owners, especially those who own Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman and tight end Rob Gronkowski. Both players have battled lower body injuries this season, but they’re apparently ready to go for Week 5.

10:48 p.m.: Giants cornerbacks Eli Apple and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie both suffered groin injuries in Sunday night’s game against the Packers. Rodgers-Cromartie initially was ruled out for the remainder of the contest but ended up returning. Apple wasn’t as fortunate.
