The Toucher and Rich show on 98.5 The Sports Hub has enlisted the help of Jack Edwards for a new movement.

The new New Jack movement.

Named after the late-1980s and early 90s new jack swing movement that celebrated the illustrious tunes of bands such as Tony Toni Tone and Guy, the 98.5 show features NESN’s play-by-play man reading lyrics by the greats of the new jack days. Callers must name the artist, and if they can name three of the five Jack reads, they win tickets to Bruins playoff games.

You can rest assured that your life is not complete unless you’ve heard Jack reading the lyrics of “No Diggity” by Blackstreet.

What does Jack think of the tune?

“That’s a fat rhyme,” Jack said.

Tune in to Toucher and Rich to hear more of the New Jack Edwards game.
