Many NHL fans remember the moment where Ray Bourque pulled off his No. 7 jersey to reveal a No. 77 in order for Phil Esposito's jersey to be retired at the Garden, but how much do you know about his NHL managing career?

If you knew he was the first GM for the Tampa Bay Lightning, then you got Thursday's The Four's Trivia Question of the Day correct. Esposito became the general manager for the Lightning in 1992, when the franchise was founded. He served as the team's GM until 1998.

To drive up publicity for the franchise in its first season, Esposito signed Manon Rheaume, the first woman to sign with an NHL team. Esposito still serves as a radio commentator for the Lightning.
