Peyton Manning's official status for 2012 is still up in the air, but a new video that has been circulating the Internet is evidence that the Colts quarterback should be ready for the upcoming season.

Manning was spotted throwing passes at Duke University on Friday afternoon. The quarterback was wearing a Colts helmet and pads while zipping passes downfield. The video was posted on YouTube and was soon confirmed as authentic by ESPN.

Friday was not the first time that Manning has been seen at Duke, as the 35-year-old signal caller has reportedly been working out at the university since Tuesday.

After missing the entire 2011 season recovering from several neck surgeries, Manning has been working to try and make a comeback. With the Colts all but certain to take Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck with the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL draft, Manning could end up taking his talents to another NFL team.

If Manning were to depart from Indianapolis, there won't be a shortage of teams looking to pick up the 11-time Pro Bowler. Rumors have linked Manning to numerous teams, including the New York Jets, the Miami Dolphins and the Washington Redskins.
