Jets Re-Sign Former Harvard Quarterback Chris Pizzotti

The Jets have re-signed free-agent quarterback Chris Pizzotti.

The former Harvard quarterback first signed with the Jets on May 1 as an undrafted free agent but was waived Aug. 15. A two-time All-Ivy Leaguer, the 6-foot-5, 225-pound signal-caller threw for 5,675 yards, 37 touchdowns and 13 interceptions during his college career.

Pizzotti joins fellow quarterbacks Mark Sanchez, Kellen Clemens and Erik Ainge on the Jets’ roster.
