Varitek Not in Starting Lineup

Jason Varitek was held out of Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays with a stiff neck, and the Red Sox catcher is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game.

Victor Martinez is catching Clay Buchholz in Varitek's place with Casey Kotchman at first base and Kevin Youkilis at third.
