Bruins Host Second Samuel Adams ‘Bru Fest’ of Season

The Bruins will hold their second "Bru Fest" of the 2009-10 season on Thursday, Oct. 29. Presented by Boston's own Samuel Adams brewery, the event will be held in the East Lot of the TD Garden at 100 Legends Way in Boston.

The festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. and is free to all Bruins fans ages 21 and over that have a ticket to the Bruins-Devils game that night.

Samuel Adams will feature a selection of their most popular products, including Samuel Adams Seasonal and Boston Lager. Bruins fans will can also enjoy interactive games, giveaways and a live performance from Boston band Hypercane. The Bruins Ice Girls and the Bruins mascot, Blades, will also be available for photographs with fans.

There will be two more "Bru Fests" this season at the TD Garden with dates scheduled for April 1 against the Florida Panthers and April 8 against the Buffalo Sabres.

The TD Garden's alcohol policy remains the same for the event. To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid Mass. driver's license, Mass. liquor ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be a least 21 years of age (Mass. ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver's licenses, which do not have photos, will not be accepted). Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age and another form of identification (e.g., credit card) will be required if the patron is between 25 and 30 years of age.
