Jermichael Finley Stirs Some Painful Memories For Patriots Fans Oh, God no.

That was likely the response of any football fan in New England after seeing Jermichael Finley make a catch off his helmet in the Packers' 33-7 rout of the Cardinals. We were told that The Catch That Need Not Be Named was a once-in-a-lifetime fluke, but it certainly doesn't seem that way anymore.

Yeah, Wes Welker is injured and yeah, that's a major hit for the Pats, but there's no time to mope around and wallow in self pity. The playoffs start on Sunday for these Patriots, and at least one fan is ready to move forward rather than second guess Bill Belichick's decisions.

"Give me a break. Monday morning Quarterbacking is for cowards. You play to win the game period. No real fans want to see regulars rested. It's unfortunate, but it's football. Do you really want to watch a game like the Bengals and Jets? No way, play hard every game. Injuries are part of the game. Welker will be missed, but if the Pats lose it won't because of Welker it will because of lack of defense."

There is no doubt that this will go down as the play of the year in college basketball. Holy cow. It's just too bad that Gus Johnson wasn't on the play-by-play.
