Anyone who has ever watched Kevin Garnett knows he has plenty to say during any given game.
The Celtics forward's trash-talking skills were validated on Thursday, when his peers voted him the top trash-talker in the NBA, according to Yahoo Sports.
While Garnett's vicious intensity generally works in the Celtics' favor, it seems that it doesn't paint him too favorably in the eyes of the opponent. He received an overwhelming 62 percent of the vote in a poll of 173 players conducted by Sports Illustrated.
Not only do the Celtics boast the league's top trash-talker — they also lay claim to the third best. Rasheed Wallace came in third place with 5 percent of the votes, and the Lakers' Kobe Bryant came between them in second place with 7 percent.
Nate Robinson and Paul Pierce fell into a fourth-place tie, earning 3 percent of votes.
