Patrice Bergeron Will Play While Steve Begin, Marco Sturm and Byron Bitz Out of Lineup

Claude Julien's pregame briefing was more of a medical report, with a bevy of injury news coming out.

NESN.com's James Murphy reports that Patrice Bergeron will play on Monday afternoon, as he has been medically cleared to play.

Meanwhile, forwards Steve Begin, Marco Sturm and Byron Bitz will be out due to injury. The Bruins will get Dennis Wideman back, after he missed Saturday's game against the Kings.

Sturm is suffering from a leg injury, while Begin's and Bitz's injuries are undisclosed.
