NCAA Tournament Day 4 Recap and Updated Bracket

The first Sunday of 2010 NCAA Tournament action saw great performances from both top seeds and huge underdogs — and yet another game decided by a buzzer-beater.

Among the top seeds to advance were No. 1s Duke and Syracuse, who dispatched of California and Gonzaga, respectively, with relative ease.

There are several little guys still left in the field, however, as No. 12 seed Cornell earned its second straight impressive win, defying the odds and knocking off Wisconsin 87-69 to advance to the Sweet 16. The Big Red are the lowest-seeded squad remaining in the tournament and will face top-seeded Kentucky in the next round.

In what was unquestionably the day's most exciting finish, however, following a valiant driving bucket by Maryland's Greivis Vasquez to put the Terrapins up one with just seconds remaining, Michigan State took the ball right back down the court and backup guard Korie Lucious — in the game for injured star Kalin Lucas — drained a 3 from the top of the key to send the Spartans to an 85-83 victory.

Take a gander at what the bracket looks like heading into the Sweet 16.
