Mike Cameron Returns to Lineup For Second Time This Month

Jun 8, 2010

Mike Cameron will make his second start of the month when he returns to the lineup as the Red Sox meet the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday night.

Cameron, who returned from a long stay on the disabled list on May 25, has been hampered by more soreness in his side in the past week or so. He sat out a full week before going 1-for-3 with two walks in Sunday's loss at Baltimore.

The 37-year-old center fielder remains in search of his first home run as a member of the Red Sox.

Cameron, Marco Scutaro and Bill Hall are the only members of Boston's starting lineup to have faced Indians starter David Huff. The trio is 2-for-9 against the lefty.

Cleveland has five players in its starting lineup who have seen Tim Wakefield. They are a combined 9-for-40 (.225) with one home run against the veteran, who is pitching in his 575th career game.

In an interesting twist, the Sox' outfield makes up the bottom third of their lineup, while the Indians' three outfielders represent the top three in their order.

Here are the complete lineups for both teams:
