The Patriots have signed second-round draft pick Rob Gronkowski just in time for the start of rookie camp.
ESPN.com reports that the Patriots came to terms with the tight end out of Arizona, leaving just linebacker Brandon Spikes and cornerback Devin McCourty as the Patriots' draft picks who have yet to sign.
ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that Gronkowski's deal is four years, $4.44 million.
Grownkowski missed the entire 2009 season at Arizona with a back injury, but is expected to compete for the starting job as he has potential to become a solid all-around tight end in the NFL. Gronkowski will join Alge Crumpler and fellow draft pick Aaron Hernandez at the tight end position.
