No, that doesn’t mean that Jenkins lost weight by stopping his consumption of cookies. On the contrary, he devoured weight-loss cookies.
Jenkins also defeated fellow lineman Damien Woody. He had been upwards of 390 pounds in the offseason, but has now trimmed down to 359, reports the New York Post. Regardless, beating a man who recently had a gastric band installed in a dieting competition is a true conquest.
How did Jenkins celebrate?
He took the line to Hairy Tony’s for a breakfast to end all breakfasts. The crew spent $300 on cheap breakfast food, ordering 48 entrees.
“They wanted to come down for breakfast, and they just started ordering everything off the menu,” owner Tony Caruso said.
“It was just a funny thing. The kitchen was cracking up. They were just sending out end less food to this table.”
The meal reportedly included: 12 orders of bananas foster pancakes, three orders of steak and eggs, four omelets, three orders of French toast, three orders of chicken wings, one order of waffles, several hamburgers, an order of nachos, several orders of french fries, a fruit crepe, four side orders of eggs, and a whole lot of apple-cinnamon and buttermilk pancakes.
