Hideki Okajima is set to throw his first rehab bullpen session in Arlington on Sunday.

Okajima, who has been on the disabled list since August 6 with a left hamstring strain, will be reevaluated at the end of the week as he continues his throwing program, reports ESPN.

The Red Sox reliever has struggled this season, posting a 5.85 ERA — by far the worst of his career — and has been bothered by nagging ailments all season.
