Fenway Park was rocked from the right-field roof deck on Saturday night — and that was before J. Geils Band or Aerosmith took the stage.

Red Sox owner Theo Epstein, baseball journalist Peter Gammons and chefs Todd Winer and Jason Santos played for the crowd as part of the Hot Stove, Cool Music benefit. All proceeds were donated to Epstein’s charity, The Foundation to Be Named Later, a branch of the Red Sox Foundation.

After the amateurs took their seats, the heavy hitters grabbed the mic and entertained a star-studded Fenway crowd. Brian Scalabrine of the Celtics, Tuukka Rask and Mark Recchi of the Bruins as well as a group of other former Black and Gold members were all in attendance.

Also spotted were Donnie Wahlberg, Republican gubernatorial candidates Charlie Baker and Richard Tisei — both of whom weren’t too political to dance throughout the show — and John Henry and his wife, Linda.

Oh, right, and there was a concert, too. Check out the video below for a live listen to Aerosmith performing “Walk This Way.”
