The Patriots are expected to field another competitive club in 2010, but like any team, this squad has its holes.
Although Tom Brady has a full year under his belt following his severe knee injury in 2008, the Pats quarterback is a year older and is missing the services of his left guard, Logan Mankins.
Brady isn’t the only one facing problems in the Pats backfield as the running back committee — consisting of Laurence Maroney, Fred Taylor, BenJarvus Green-Ellis and Sammy Morris — will be looking to improve this year after finishing ninth in the AFC in 2009 with just 120 yards per game.
The defense is still without a go-to leader and after the loss of Ty Warren, the line is suddenly looking thin with inexperienced holes.
But these are just a couple of issues that may resurface this fall and winter in New England. What are you most concerned with entering this season?
