B.J. Upton is psyched about his team's upcoming ALDS Game 5 against the Texas Rangers — and he wants his fans to get on his level.

The Rays' center fielder made an offer to Tampa Bay fans via Twitter on Monday, saying, "I want to see signs supporting the Rays all over the Trop tomorrow. I will give an autographed shirt to the most creative sign I see."

Upton later tweeted that all signs should have his Twitter handle, @therealbjupton, as part of the message.

The Rays have had trouble getting fans to Tropicana Field this season, even though they finished the year with the best record in the American League at 96-66.

Tampa Bay clinched the AL East on Sept. 28 in front of just 17,891 home fans. They had over 35,000 fans for both Games 1 and 2 of the ALDS, but neither total made for an official sellout.
