Red Sox pitching prospect Casey Kelly picked up the victory on Wednesday as his Peoria Javelinas topped the Surprise Rafters 7-4.

The righty went four innings and allowed two runs (both unearned) on three hits while striking out three. He walked none but made two errors in his AFL pitching debut. Last season, he played shortstop in the annual fall league.

Fellow Sox prospect, shortstop Jose Iglesias, is 1-for-4 with one run and one RBI in one game for the Javelines.
