Patriots Send Alert To Fans as Counterfeit Tickets for Monday Night Matchup Circulate Online
Before you start getting excited that you just scored a pair of tickets on Craigslist to the Patriots-Jets Monday Night Football matchup, there is something you might want to look into first.
The Patriots tweeted on Thursday that counterfeit tickets have been circulating around the Hub.
One of the tickets read "New England Patriots Vs. New York Jets, Gellete Stadium."
Ticket prices for the game have been selling on the secondary market for as high as $3,000.
