Expectations are rather high for Bruins fans this year, with most believing that anything short of a conference finals appearance will be a major, major disappointment.

But first things first: this team needs to make the playoffs.

The B's can accomplish that feat on Sunday night in Philadelphia with a win. They need no extra help from any other team, and as long as they collect two points in any fashion they see fit (regulation, overtime, shootout), they'll become just the fourth team in the East and fifth team in the NHL to clinch a postseason spot.

The Bruins won their only game in Philadelphia this season, with Tim Thomas earning a shutout in the 3-0 Bruins victory.
