Adrian Gonzalez, who is batting cleanup, will be playing in back-to-back big league games for the first time this spring. He was 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in an 11-8 loss to Toronto on Friday.

Darnell McDonald takes over for Ellsbury in center field. Mike Cameron will play right field, as J.D. Drew gets a night off after going 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored.
