Jenn Sterger has found yet another reason to steal back some spotlight, and you better believe a certain (former) NFL quarterback is paying attention.
This time, she’s deciding to sue her manager, Phil Reese, who she claims is trying to publish the Brett Favre-related texts, voicemails, photos and whatever else the Ol’ Gunslinger slung to the former Jets sideline in his upcoming book, claims Tampa Bay Online.
Reese, who couldn’t be reached by TBO.com, is being sought after by Sterger, who is seeking to get back copies of the texts and e-mails.
Sterger’s lawsuit was filed Tuesday in Hillsborough County circuit court. It asks a judge to invalidate a book agreement with Reese.

Comment of the day
Here’s a fair question that will likely be answered all week long on Doug Flynn‘s Bruins-Predators live blog. What do you think?
“Well not that I am biased, but I think I can name at least a few other Bruins that need to sit for lack of production / effort.. Why is Ryder always the scape goat?”
–Ryder fan
Tweet of the day
Hey @ElmCity03431, how about we do you one better than a retweet and make this the Daily Blend Tweet of the Day. Why? Because Band of Brothers is arguably the greatest series ever. Why else? Because a couple of Dot lads, Donnie Wahlberg and Neal McDonough, were in it. Two more whys? Cause it’s a killer design and America rocks.
