Rumor has it that Rajon Rondo’s been hurting these past few games. Whether it's the feet, the ankles or the knees, something's bothering the Celtics' young floor leader.

He might want to hide it for the next few hours. He's drawn a daunting matchup in New Orleans' All-Star point guard Chris Paul.

CP3 is hotter than ever right now, having averaged 28.7 points and 11.3 assists for the Hornets over his last three games. Paul's got the Hornets jockeying for playoff position in the West, currently nestled in a tie for sixth place.

Rondo has just eight points on 4-of-29 shooting in the last four games. He's failed to crack double figures in points, rebounds or assists in any of them.

If Rondo wants to break out of his slump, now would be the perfect time.

Here's the lineup card for C's-Hornets:

Celtics
Rajon Rondo, PG
Ray Allen, SG
Paul Pierce, SF
Kevin Garnett, PF
Nenad Krstic, C

Hornets
Chris Paul, PG
Marco Belinelli, SG
Trevor Ariza, SF
David West, PF
Emeka Okafor, C
