Atlanta Braves Pitching Coach Roger McDowell Accused of Shouting Racial Slurs at Giants Fans

What do Lakers star Kobe Bryant and Atlanta Braves pitching coach Roger McDowell have in common? They both apparently can't keep their mouths shut.

According to the Associated Press, Justin Quinn, a San Francisco fan from California, is accusing McDowell of yelling racial slurs at him and his family and threatening to come after him with a bat at the Braves-Giants game on April 23.

He announced what happened at a press conference set up by lawyer Gloria Allred. Quinn claims that after the Braves coach started yelling, he was told to be quiet because children were present. Upon hearing this, he allegedly said that a baseball park is no place for children and then supposedly came after Quinn with a bat.

Quinn said that McDowell should be fined and he would like the Braves to issue an apology.
