The B's, of course, last hoisted Lord Stanley's Cup in 1972, and the winner of the Seventh Player Award that year was none other than Derek Sanderson.

The 1968 Calder Trophy winner had 25 goals and 58 points that season for the Bruins, one of the most prolific seasons of the center's 452-point NHL career.

Sanderson is back in Boston these days, working as an investment professional with Howland Capital Management.
