Red Sox Opening Day Filled with Excitement in Texas, Snow on the Ground at Home

Native New Englanders were hoping Mother Nature wouldn’t pull a prank on April Fool’s Day this year.

Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and New England finds itself covered in snow once again.

So while the Red Sox enjoy warm weather in Texas, the temperatures will be a little cooler when they open the season at Fenway Park on April 8.

Luckily, the Boston area was hit with just a covering. Other places weren’t so lucky.
