The Bruins had a poor effort across the board on Saturday afternoon down in Tampa, and that was reflected on the scoreboard. The B's staked themselves to an early 3-0 lead, but that eventually evaporated, as the Lightning stormed back for a 5-3 win.
NESN.com Bruins reporter Douglas Flynn told FOX Sports Florida that in order for the B's to win what will be a pivotal Game 5 matchup, just about everyone in a Bruins sweater is going to need to perform better, especially David Krejci and Milan Lucic.
However, as Flynn points out, there's no reason to believe that those two, as well as the rest of the Bruins, can't bounce back on Monday night at TD Garden.
"The list is long, but the Bruins can take some solace in the fact that all of those players have proven they have the ability to play much better than what they showed on Saturday," he wrote. "Now they'll have to prove it again on Monday to regain the advantage in this series."
