Rajon Rondo is 48 hours removed from dislocating his left elbow, but he will be active for Game 4 against the Miami Heat on Monday night, and he will be starting.

"He still has legs, and he still has feet," Doc Rivers said pregame. "He's just got to play the game with the same force that he played the other night. That's true for the whole team, but Rondo's force and his ball pressure are very, very important for us. So that's the thing to watch for. If he can't play with his feet, he's not going to be very effective for us."

Rivers says that both Rondo and Delonte West (bruised shoulder) should be good to go for Game 4, but he's activated Carlos Arroyo just in case. Troy Murphy moves to the inactive list along with Sasha Pavlovic and Avery Bradley.

For the Heat, Udonis Haslem will be active Monday night in place of Jamaal Magloire. It's Haslem's first time putting on a uniform since recovering from his November foot surgery. Haslem is expected to be an energy guy off the bench for Miami coach Erik Spoelstra.

Here's the lineup card for Monday's C's-Heat matchup:

Ray Allen, SG
Paul Pierce, SF
Kevin Garnett, PF
Jermaine O'Neal, C
