Money, Pride Have NBA in Difficult Situation Regarding Collective Bargaining Agreement


 With the NBA's current collective bargaining agreement set to expire at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, the NBA players and owners still have a wide gap to close in order to avoid a potential work stoppage.

The Boston Globe's Gary Washburn stopped by NESN Daily to discuss the current status of the NBA and the potential for a lockout. Washburn said that despite a great NBA Finals and season filled with intriguing storylines, there is a lot of money and pride involved, and the player aren't going to back down.

Washburn said that situation doesn't look good.
