J.D. Drew Can’t Help Make Red Sox Home Run History Again

In the grand scheme of things, it hasn't been that long since the Red Sox hit four consecutive home runs. They accomplished the incredibly rare feat in 2007 against the Yankees at Fenway Park.

On Thursday night, J.D. Drew — who was a part of the back-to-back-to-back-to-back homer barrage in 2007 — had a chance to belt the fourth consecutive Sox home run against the Orioles. Unlike David Ortiz, Josh Reddick and Jarrod Saltalamacchia before him, though, Drew didn't leave the yard, instead taking a walk.

After the game, Drew spoke about the home runs before him, though. See the video above for more from the outfielder.
