Maryland football fans are hoping that new head coach Randy Edsall will have them tasting victory in the years to come. It appears, though, that he also will give Terrapins fans a chance to taste his favorite ice cream.
According to a picture tweeted out by Edsall, students in College Park will have a chance to try the coach's "Rockin' Randy" flavor at The Dairy, an on-campus ice cream parlor.
Coach Edsall described the mix as "Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ice Cream with Chocolate Marble Swirl, Reese's, and Heath Bar Pieces!"
This might be a good way for Edsall to make friends on campus. After all, it's the coach's first year with the Terps after leading the UConn Huskies to a Fiesta Bowl berth last season.
