Growing up, Jack Whelan collected phonograph records, a tradition he acquired from his family. He also learned to give to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Whelan has since been diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. At first, the future didn't look good. But with Whelan's positive attitude, family support and the hard work of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, he said that he now feels better than ever.
