LeBron James the Face, Co-Founder of ‘Taking a Sheet’ for Energy

“‘Taking a Sheet’ at the mall just got easier.”

That’s a slogan for Sheets Energy Strips, “the new way to do energy,” which was co-founded by LeBron James, and top brand executives Warren Struhl, Jesse Itzler and Maverick Carter, according to takeasheet.com.

The press release explains that “Sheets Energy Strips were launched in June 2011 and are available nationwide. Supported by a marketing campaign featuring co-founder LeBron James along with partners Amare Stoudemire, Pitbull, Drake, Ray Rice and others, Sheets is quickly becoming, ‘the new way to do energy.’ As multi-platinum recording artist Drake said, ‘Why drink your energy when you can take a Sheet!'”

Quote of the day

“Communication is key. That’s about it, because once we’re on the field, there is no talking. I just look in [Tom Brady‘s] eyes, and that’s it. That’s how we communicate on the field. Pretty cool. That’s what I like about here. Really, really cool. I don’t even know if I’m allowed to say that, but it’s cool.”
