With the Red Sox trailing the Cleveland Indians 3-2 during the 2007 ALCS, one decisive swing changed the momentum of the season. After setting down Manny Ramirez and Mike Lowell, pitcher Fausto Carmona faced off against J.D. Drew with the bases loaded in the first inning. Drew got a hold of one and sent it to centerfield, giving the Sox a 4-0 lead.
