Tom Brady Backs Chad Ochocinco, Says Rodney Harrison and Tedy Bruschi Have ‘No Clue’ What They’re Talking About

It’s almost been a week since former Patriot Tedy Bruschi called out Chad Ochocinco, telling the wide receiver to get in his playbook, but some Patriots aren’t done talking about it yet.

Brady responded to Bruschi’s comments on WEEI’s Dennis and Callahan on Monday morning, by saying he respects and loves Bruschi and the other ex-Patriots, but sides with Ochocinco.

“But honestly, none of those guys have any clue what they’re talking about,” Brady said. “They’re outside of the locker room. They don’t know what we’re trying to accomplish.”

After a one-catch performance against the Dolphins in Week 1, Bruschi, backed by Rodney Harrison, criticized Ochocinco for his lack of performance. Against the Chargers, Ochocinco caught two passes for 45 yards.

“With all due respect to them [Bruschi and Harrison] and what they’ve accomplished, and like I said, I love them, but they don’t know,” Brady said.
