TPC Boston was the site of this past weekend's Deutsche Bank Championship, as it has been since the event debuted in 2003.
Webb Simpson came up victorious in this year's edition of the annual golf tournament, sinking three big putts to seal the win over Chez Reavie in a sudden-death playoff.
Simpson nailed a 30-foot putt to birdie the 18th hole, while Reavie made bogey, which forced the playoff. Simpson then completed his amazing win by rolling in an 8-foot birdie putt, which moved him to the top of the FedEx Cup standings. It was his second win in three weeks.
The fans came out in large numbers to witness the action in Norton, Mass., with the tournament's dramatic conclusion coming on Labor Day Monday.
While there, they got to not only witness some intense action, as the tournament was close throughout, but also some of the game's biggest stars. Phil Mickelson and Rickie Fowler were among those PGA stars in attendance.
