Theo Epstein's Top Moves As Red Sox General Manager Include Drafting Dustin Pedroia, Acquiring Curt Schilling (Photos)Theo Epstein turned the Red Sox from cursed losers to annual contenders.

The Red Sox and Cubs made the reportedly inevitable official on Friday night when the two clubs announced that Epstein was leaving Boston to become the president of baseball operations in Chicago. Esptein’s era in Boston will be remembered by most for producing a curse-snapping, top-of-the-line franchise.

How did he do it? Smart moves and great draft picks, of course.
