Tom Brady Puts Back Bay Condo on Market for $10.5 Million (Photos)
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have put up their penthouse condo in Boston’s Back Bay area for sale for a second time. In 2009, the asking price was at a cool $10.9 million. They have gone back to the drawing board, and this time its a much more reasonable $10.5 million.
The penthouse is two stories, covering 5,000 square feet. $10.5 million is one thing, but the $70,000 in taxes and $8,000 per month in condo fees are completely separate issues.
