In Game 4 of the 1994 Western Conference Semifinals, Phoenix Suns' Kevin Johnson famously went up and over Houston Rockets All-Star center Hakeem Olajuwon.
Although the Suns eventually lost the series in seven games, Johnson's dunk became the lasting image of the series.
